Emory Mayfield is the Market President for Hancock Bank (NASDAQ: HBHC) in Tallahassee, Florida. He was previously a Senior Vice President at Capital City Bank in Florida. Emory also worked for Fannie Mae in Washington, DC. Prior to his financial services career, Emory worked at The White House as a Special Assistant in the Office of Intergovernmental Affairs and as a Special Assistant in the Office of the United States Trade Representative.
Emory is the Chair-Elect of the Florida Bankers Association Board of Directors. He has served as Chairman of the Board for both the United Way of the Big Bend and the Tallahassee Housing Authority. He is Treasurer of the Maclay School Board of Trustees. He holds a Master of Public Policy from Harvard University, and a B.S. in Finance from The University of Alabama. Emory and his wife Autumn live in Tallahassee with their three daughters. He is serving SebastianStrong because he wants to honor Sebastian’s legacy by helping end childhood cancer.
